Unbelievable Pizza

You will definitely wait for your slices here even in the middle of the week. But it is well worth the trip for a slice. The owner's hands are so caloused that he pulls the scalding hot pans out without mits or a pizza paddle. Far and above the best and most unique pizza experience in NYC. And I lived a block from Grimaldi's. Do you find this valuable?

I have been eating pizza since you could get 2 slices and a grape drink for 50 cents. I was born in Brooklyn and have had pizza all over the world. Difar's is by far the best. You could wait for an hour for a pie only to find out it was given to someone else then wait an hour for an other one. This is the one pizza you have to have before you die if you are a pizza lover. Worth the trip from anywhere. To see the old man take the hot pizza out of the oven with his bare hands is worth the wait. Do you find this valuable?

I heard that a slice is $4.00 now at DiFara's. Well that should thin the lines somewhat. I am a free market Captalist and if they want to charge $4.00, that is fine with me.
However, if their price goes too far above their contemporaries, such as S & P Spumoni Gardens (86th Street)-$2.00 per slice, then I may choose to eat at DiFara's less often and dine at other quality pizzerias that have a more reasonable price.
