Gino's Pizza rules!!! Everything about the place is great. Mario, the original owner is a doll. Pizza--outta this world. I've been going there since 1967. Long wait on Friday nights. Tells you something.

I was born in 1957 and grew up in Bay Ridge/Dyker Heights. We always went to Gino's. When I was barely a teenager we would play the beatles on the jukebox, have great pizza and the best baked clams. I live in California since the 70's and miss Gino's and the old Brooklyn. God Bless Gino's. I hope when I come visit next year, it will be just the same!

grew up in the 60s on 78th and 6th ave. went to Gino's A Lot. moved out to the great midwest, where the air is clean but the pizza stinks. Gino's is the first place I go when i'm in town. my sister even mailed me a slice and it was still better than a fresh slice in Minneapolis.

grew up on 68th in the 50 &60s.Every saturday when I got my allowance I would be waiting outside when Gino`s opened. Left Brooklyn in the mid 60`s live now in Norway. I have recommended Gino`s to everyone I meet here going to NYC.Every chance I get to go to the states first I have to go to Gino`s.Had pizza over half the world Gino`s rules!

manager is a little nasty . had a party there with 20 people ,he put us in the middle of the dining room with evereyone bumping into us .

The place is a joke. The food is nothing like it was when Papa Joe was there. The prices are ridiculous now. $10 more you can go to Ponte Vecchio. The new owners don't like Kids in the place. If Joe were alive he would smack the clown that owns the place now. I will never go there to eat again.

I have loved this restaurant for years and I still think it is very good but I haven't been there in a few months. What's the story here? Did the owner just die?

I have been going to Ginos I don't even want to say....But it has alway been the best.. And by best to the late Joe and his family . What a tragedy. What a loss hard working family.
